You have 60 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. After 60 days, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

  • The item is in its original condition (unworn, unused, and unwashed).
  • All original tags and labels are still attached.
  • The item is in its original packaging.
  • You have the receipt or proof of purchase.

3. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, follow these simple steps:

  2. If your return is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions.

Note: Items sent back to us without prior authorization will not be accepted.

4. Damages, Defects, and Wrong Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If the item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong product, contact us immediately at support@tamworthauto.com so we can resolve the issue right away.

5. Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Sale items and Gift cards.
  • Personal care products (e.g., beauty or hygiene items).
  • Customized or personalized products.

6. Refund Process (Cash on Delivery Orders)

Since Tamworth Auto Repair exclusively accepts Cash on Delivery (COD), refunds are handled manually to ensure you get your money back securely.

  • Review: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Method: Upon approval, we will contact you to issue your refund via Bank Transfer, PayPal, or Store Credit (based on your preference).
  • Timeframe: Please allow 10 business days for the refund to be processed after approval
